Ankle Biter - Mountain View Trail side mount.
1 Attachment(s)
Trying out some mounting options for the VIRB, and wanted something that showed the trail, and gave a better sense of speed to the ride. It stuck out a bit further than I wanted, and in doing so the VIRB got some punishment in the Sage flats. Not a big deal, the camera took it in spades, but I don't think it will take a direct hit from something solid. Overall, I am pleased with how it looks, and you can never have too many angles to film with! Just over five minutes of fun.

Definitely a good angle, and an exciting view point, but WAY too much hub and chain noise. I can't think of a way to avoid it though.

My goal for the next riding season will be as many view points as possible for each of the trails around here, something like I did with the Alien Run, I just have volume issues to deal with: |
