Ignitor is a fine from tire; pretty decent XC combo paired with a Larsen TT on the rear.
There are a lot of variations of any line of Maxxis tire. In the current model year, there are no fewer than 5 different 26x2.1 Ignitors. If you're seeing a 2.0, it's probably an older tire. The difference between the current 1.95 and 2.10 Ignitors are: 95 grams of weight; and the fact that the 2.1 is a TR (tubeless-ready).
With Maxxis, some sizes are available only in certain compounds or casings or configurations, hence all the different variations. I could dig some further into the details but cannot get into my MaxxisLink account right now. Current consumer info on the Ignitor is here: Ignitor | Maxxis USA
