94 was the last year they made regular mountain bike frames with the cantilevered dropouts.

It also looks like a 1" headset and a steel fork.

Regular profile cantis could place it in the late 80s or early 90s

Yeah, crappy photo in the ad. Can't tell for sure. I think the metallic green has yellow splatters making it early nineties. I'm picking it up tomorrow. I figure you can't go wrong with a $50 Cannondale. Barring serious frame damage and the like.
