SRAM X-Generation Front derailleur opinions

I'm upgrading the drivetrain on my Scalpel (currently has Shimano LX hardware). I've decided to go the full SRAM route with a X0 Derailleur, XO Grip shifters, new cassette, and chain.

The front derailleur is a Shimano Deore LX - never had a problem with it but I like having matching stuff. They're cheap enough @ 26 bucks online and I bet the bang for the buck isn't worth going to a XTR front derailleur.

Anyone have one? Anyone have had problems with there? Is there a better front derailleur or would the XGen compliment the rear XO.

Thanks!

Michal
