i'm in korea right now and i'm looking for a place to buy a bike. is there any place online to order?

Giant doesn't sell online; they only sell through retailers and they only allow their retailers to sell their bikes in-store so it looks like you're out of luck. You might want to have someone you know stateside buy your bike and ship it.
