Giant Iguana
Im getting a new Giant Iguana, or looking at it. It is on sale for 488. Is this a pretty good bike?

Depends what your intended use is. Don't jump off cliffs or race down hills and you'll be fine. I think it is a good bike with OK components that will serve you well in non-extreme riding.
