Club Hypoxia
In case you weren't aware, there is a "Club Hypoxia" - a very informal group of Denver area cyclists who are associated with BikeJournals.com
These are very friendly guys and gals who have regular rides here in the city and mountains, often accompanied by other BJ members from throughout the country.

This looks like what I have been hunting for. Being the small town boy that I am, I prefer smaller groups. Been thinking about DBTC but the size has been putting me off.
I will need to take a look into this.
