Yeah, they're having the same kind of growing pains as BikeForums.

OK, if someone would please post the ride info. All this talk has made it a little confusing.

Talked to Kyle at Westside Cycle and he's in for Sunday. (Wimped out on riding tonight, though...
Funny how a little snow does that to people)

Bah. I messed up the route... Paradise Hills Park 'n Ride is at Exit 256... that's where we're starting/ending. I'll re-do the route and post it.

Hrmm... I don't like that the route goes over the same stretch of highway 3 times between the park 'n ride and 26...
Anybody ever ride Grapevine through Genessee to Bear Creek? We could drop down on that and into Red Rocks...
Or, rather than make a figure-8 we could go through Redrocks first then Lookout Mtn ( Like this ), but people would probably be more tired. Bah... I've decided I hate planning routes.
And I've come to the decision that both RouteSlip.com AND bikely.com suck.

I cannot get routeslip to work at all. Doesn't matter what computer I am on. It is a blank window (no map, I see everything else). I even created a log in thinking that might be the problem. What program runs it, Java?

Have you ever used https://www.toporoute.com/routePlanner.html ? It doesn't give step by step directions when you're done, but it's fairly simple to use. When you're done mapping the route, click the "Link to Route" button and it creates a url for your route.

Ok, for Snowy and Pwnt:
Be at Paradise Hills Park 'n Ride(Location: I-70 @ exit 256) at Noon on the 18th. Follow the other bikes.
*ducks and runs*
Sorry, not trying to confuse people. We'll stick to the figure-8 that Superdex suggested, ok? I'll post up the route map and route slip at lunchtime.

I routed this ride today from a book ("Road Biking Colorado, a great book) and hope to scout it out in the next week or so.
https://www.toporoute.com/cgi-bin/get...WHJKFFXQKFQEHI
I'm thinking I'll be ready to try this one in mid/ late March. Do I hear group ride?

Lookout Mtn. Loop
Start location: Paradise Hills Park 'n Ride, located off Exit 256 from I-70.
Time: 12:00 Noon
Lookout Mountain Loop, regroup at the Park 'n Ride, and see what everyone is up to for Red Rocks and/or Morrison.
Distance: 19.22 Miles
Climbing: 2735.3
Looks to average 4.5% grade on the way up?
Routeslip: https://www.routeslip.com/routes/21999
And since I know some of you are having problems with the routeslip site:
(This is the route that Superdex originally proposed, corrected for start location)
PS: Sorry about the multiple posts that are essentially the same thing... I'm anal about my Routes being right.

B you rock; I didn't think I had the start location right (there is a park-n-ride there, but it's not Paradise Hills). I'm still out (mostly, small outside chance), so have fun!

There are two locations that LOOK like Park 'n Rides on satellite views, but they're not claimed as such on RTD's site... I didn't want to take a chance with parking in what might be a private lot (Or rather, chance that one of YOU would park in a private lot
) and get ticketed and/or towed.
