Good wheel builders in Salt Lake City?

I need a wheel rebuilt, or possibly just re-tensioned. Either way, I'd like a pro to have a look at it. If I can give my business to a freelancer instead of the LBS, I'll be happier.

Anyone know a good wheel builder in Salt Lake City? I don't want to travel. If have I have to leave the city, I'll just go to the LBS instead.
