Edit Stamp Is Now Functioning
We now have the edit notification stamp for posts turned on. Because there is a widespread perception on some of the forums that the moderation team engages in unfair and/or secretive editing practices, we find it necessary for this to be working at this time. Right now, we're not particularly committed to this being on permanently, but the need for a certain amount of transparency in our moderation supersedes any other considerations at the moment. The administrators will review the need for this function periodically.
If you have any technical questions regarding this function, please PM Maelstrom. In the future, he may update this thread with any frequently asked questions about it.

There is a time limit on it, for self editing
I tend to post mindlessly then go in 5 times to fix it. There is a 5 minute limit where no "edited by" will appear. Anything after 5 minutes and everyone will be able to see.
