Nice chilly Fall ride !

Went out after men's breakfast today for a very chilly ride, enjoying all the Fall colors. Almost time to dig out the trainer, because once the temp hits about 45 degrees my asthma starts to act up.

It was 39°F when we started, but about 60 at the end. Feels great to ride in chilly weather again.

I have the same problem with asthma. You just have to go slower and stop after about 1 mile or less. The second time you start up, you'll be able to travel less than 2 miles before stopping for 10 minutes. Soon, your body should be able to travel 3-5 miles before acting up.

It was a pretty good rolling route so I only averaged out at 18.1. Didn't really attack the climbs, just tried to keep a good tempo.
