Posting in this thread since we already have many threads related to SCT/NCT.
Whole NCT was open as of yesterday (10/14).

Section in Brewster still closed. I went through anyhow and had to pass through sewage. Awful. Took Rt. 6 on the way back, and continued on it all the way to Lake Gleneida. No problems.
