Bronx River Bike Works destroyed by fire

Mount Vernon, NY lost its only bicycle store this month to a devastating fire. Bronx River Bicycle Works was an old-school bike store that had been around for decades.
Ted Mitchell, the owner, lost his business, home and all his personal possessions. Insurance will only go so far.

That was super sad. I've had them fix up some older bike for me. They were the only shop that I know in Westchester that was willing to do inexpensive repairs.

I haven't gone by lately, but I assume they are out of business?
