Good Rides within 4 hours from central NJ

Willing to drive four hours from central New Jersey. Looking for good road rides for me and my wife for our tandem. We've been:
all over NJ,
South East PA,
Delmarva,
Finger lakes region NY
Rhode Island
Block Island, Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket
Vermont
New Hampshire

Any good rides we've missed??

If you can handle benign dirt, the Pine Creek Trail between Wellsboro, PA and Jersey Shore, PA is nice. There is a hotel in Slate Run. Two night minimum. You could ride north one day and south the next. Wellsboro still has some streets lit by gas lanterns. There is also a B&B called Ludwigís above Blackwell. And the PA Grand Canyon is a short drive from Ansonia, where there is a motel and an outfitter that provides bike shuttle service for the trail.

Watch for bears. Saw a young one back in 2017 during a cross-state tour.

Thanks! I have to check some of these out. Do you have exact locations or GPS/Strava data?

Walkill Valley Rail Trail, New Paltz.

Walkway Over The Hudson and Putnam Rail trail that goes south 14 miles to Hopewell Junction, then another 22 miles SE to Brewster. All paved except Walkill which is good quality gravel.

Harlem Valley Trail, Amenia, NY north 22 miles to Copake Falls.

You did not mention Erie Canal Trail, Assorted sections, Albany to Buffalo.

Northern Rail Trail, Lebanon, NH 58 miles somewhere SE.

Lamoine Valley Rail Trail. Vermont.

There's some beautiful riding in Western Mass and cool towns too. Check out the area north and west of Northampton

I was a four-year Deerfield Academy Boy. I didnít ride back then, but Iíve since been through campus a few times during tours. In 2018 I took Amtrak to St. Albans, VT and rode home to Philly, stopping for the weekend for my 35th reunion. I was the only alum to arrive by bike.

OP: One option is the Green River route of D2R2 if you can handle easy, flat dirt. (Some of the route is paved.). Great event in August.

Some detail about where we've been:
South East PA, Schuylkill Rail Trail from Valley Forge to Philly - nice paved trail,
Delmarva, area around St. Michaels, and Rehobeth Beach
Finger lakes region NY - rides around most of the lakes, can be hilly, but roads are quiet an scenic
Rhode Island - stayed in Newport, biked around the "cottages"
Block Island, Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket - nice riding, Block island is small
Vermont - Northeast corner near Burlington, we stayed at Shelburne Farms, rode near Lake Champlain, beautiful. Stayed in a B&B in Brandon. Hilly but good riding.
New Hampshire - stayed near Conway. Did a "Bike the Whites" tour, where the inns move your luggage and you follow a bike route. Roads not as nice as Vermont. Was just OK. Lots of logging truck traffic.

Harlem Valley Trail north from Wassaic, NY is really nice.

Drive about 1hr. from there to somewhere like New Paltz. Lots of trail mileage from there, such as the Walkill. Not paved, but should be doable going north. (Going south from New Paltz is boring.) And the Empire State Trail east from there will take you across the Walkway over the Hudson.
