Ambulance Report NYC
This pas sunday I was involved in some sort of accident while commuting to Van Cortland park. I have absolutely zero memory of what happened. I woke up going into the CT scan at the hospital. Even though I was heading to the Bronx from Washington Heights around 179st the hospital I was taken to was Harlem Center Hospital. In the medical record it states I was just brought by EMS but it doesn't provide details.
Anybody with any similar experience know how to get some sort of ambulance record so I can know at least what happened or where the accident was. Sunday is basically gone from my memory until I woke up in the hospital. Thanks in advance.

maybe there is a police report you can look into. find out what precinct patrols the area and you may be able to ask them. the EMTs have to write up a PCR - a prehospital care report - which states your medical status at the time. ie conscious or not - how they found you etc. if it was an accident there could've been a police report that went with it.

Hope you're alright! The receiving hospital should have received a copy of the PCR. Not sure if the police would have access to such information.

Im fine now. Just stitches along my eyebrow and scrapes all over my body. I went to all precincts along the route I would have taken and no report. I'm going to try the hospital again.

the hospital would have the PCR report - but if it was a vehicular - which i assumed was vehicular - there may be a accident report. but doesn't sound like the 5-0 even showed up.... just an ambulance.
