How about a thread this summer with daily updates on where they are running the sprinklers on Hains Point?

Sprinklers running on Ohio Drive on the river side of the road, including the portion of Ohio running under the 395/Southern RR bridges.
I was driving, so I didn't see whether they are running any sprinklers along Ohio over on the harbor side.

Did 40 miles between 1 and 3 yesterday, including a couple laps in the pouring rain. I thought it would be a major bummer, but it wasn't bad at all. And when the rain stopped, I still had 8 more laps to go so dried off quite nicely.
It was nice seeing some other competitively minded folks out there as well, and leaving you in the dust.

I did not see any sprinklers on the Potomac River side of Ohio Drive. I didn't have a chance to go over to the harbor side and look. But the heat index is 97 and the particulate count is up to "orange," so it might not be a great place to ride this afternoon, regardless.

That was fun for me this morning. Certainly didn't have to worry about overheating while I got smoked a few times by a woman doing intervals tucked low on a road bike.
I'm almost afraid to ask where the water actually comes from, though...
