Which lot are they talking about? I probably wouldn't use it since I park at work and there is mostly secure parking in our garage (BCHD) but if it's close enough I might be willing to sign on just to get them to put it in. There are a few other people here that ride regularly (one is 5 days/week on bike) who might do the same.

Let's see $10 a month or $120 a year. Not worth it. Most commuter bikes are worth less than that.

No, we just need 30 cyclists to put out $10 for one month at least.

Speak for yourself. The bike itself ('74 Schwinn) was about $100, new front (dyno+hub brake) and rear (3 speed) hubs, lights for the dynamo...

Actual secured parking with easy access to the Harbor for the rare occasions when I want to do something there would be worth $10/month no problem

I just talked to the Parking Authority, and this counts as 1 of the 30 that they need.

Anyone else? We have collected a total of 3, so we are 10% of the way there.
