Rochester area weekend group rides?
Can we get a list going here? Here are a few I know of, there must be many more. Please correct any mistakes on my entries.
The Latte Ride: Saturdays @ 7:30 from Canaltown Coffee Roasters— 6 S. Main St, Pittsford. A-ride into the hills, mostly racers. Has this started yet?
Mac5 bike shop in Webster: Saturdays: regular people/small ring ride. Sundays: A-ride/team training ride. Don't know the times. Starts in April.

Check the GVCC website https://gvcc.11net.com/ or the RCC website https://www.rochesterbicyclingclub.com/ . Probably your best bets.

Yup. The RBC started riding last weekend. You don't need to be a member to join the rides. Ride leaders' phone numbers are listed on the schedule so non-members can call to find out more about that day's route and starting location. There are multiple Saturday and Sunday rides through to November, and weeknight rides run from May to October.
Of course if you join, you'll get a CD with all 360+ ride maps.

I'm hoping holiday obligations will permit me to do the map 310, "Spin Around the Bay" (Irondequoit) ride on Easter Sunday, and I'm planning on next Sunday's map 178, Ellison Park to Mendon Ponds Park ride.

These are rides/races in Perinton area.
Also there is a recreational mtb course on Dryer Rd, Victor that is superb.
