Best Sushi in DC

I will be in DC for a days next week with my son and would love some opinions on sushi joints in DC. Anyone able to help?

What part of DC will you be in?
Sushiko on Wisconsin Ave above Georgetown is one of the best, but it is pricey.
I've heard good things about Sushi Taro on 17th St, but never tried it.
Tako Grille in Bethesda (also on Wisconsin) is also very good.
In Virgina, I like Sushi Yama in Vienna. They also do good soba and udon.

Ill be at the Smithsonian then heading North towards 270. Dr Pete also recommended Tako Grille in Bethesda so that may be the place.

Sushi Taro is fantastic, but I've only been there during their annual buffet day during the cherry blossom festival, so I can't speak to their normal price/value.
