Burlington Vt Trails?
 

Im going to be in the Burlington Vermont area on vacation and was hoping someone could suggest some good trails to go mountain biking on. Im specifically staying in South Hero, so bonus points if anyone knows of anything on the champlain isle so I dont have to drive.

Im taking my brother who has never been mountain biking before, and I'm also going to be getting used to clipless pedals, so I'm looking for an easier trail to ride. I was thinking something not too technically difficult (we are both in good shape, so aerobically difficult is fine), but I dont want to just ride down a semi-paved path either. Any suggestions?
