Chester County (Pa) to Flemington?

I am thinking of riding from my place in chester county, PA (malvern/exton area) to my folks' place in Flemington NJ. Does anyone know a good route?

edit: I tried plotting a route via I take mainly route 29 through bucks county, anyone know how bike-friendly this is? link to route:

You could probably follow the state bike route "S" most of the way: You would veer north when you get close to New Hope and then head up to Flemington. The route you have from Stockton to Flemington is probably ok, but there are many rural roads in the area that you could use to avoid traffic.
