a friend asked - she doesn't get Vs. and wants to watch....any public places have it on?

Google turned up a viewing party for Stage 9, but that's all I could find unfortunately.

Try any sports bar and just ask the bartender to put it up on one of the screens for you. Have a few beers and tip well.
