Great news! Of course if the NCPD would patrol and ticket speeders and DWI's.....but oh yeah they are short staffed so they would rather sit at the local DD.

Nice how none of the cyclists or skaters in the Newsday pic are wearing helmets. And we wonder why others don't take our safety seriously....
