LiveStrong Century, Philly, vs. Long Island Gold Coast

Training to ride the LiveStrong century in Philly with 4,262 of climbing elevation. I've done 70 miles of the Gold Coast Ride, but have no idea how much climbing that is.

Can anyone provide any info?

Thanks very much.

Try plugging in the route to mapmyride.com and click on the "show elevation" box. The philly course is loaded with short steep climbs. None of them are terribly long.

Same applies to the Gold Coast. The 55 as example has 2500 ft of climbing, with lot's of short steep stuff that comes one after another until the final 4 miles. The century add's another 45 miles of hills.
