Does it include material? I'd like to build a wheel with flip flop hub.

Here's the info from their site: Wheel Building Seminars (Four Person Minimum. Bring Your Friends!)

Unlock the secrets of wheel building in our monthly seminars. On the first Wednesday of every month you can learn how to select the appropriate spoke length, lacing pattern, and number of spokes for your specific needs. You will then lace, true, and tension your new wheel to give you miles of smooth, trouble-free riding. Amaze your friends! Confuse your enemies!

Bring your own parts or get them from us. The only requirement is that you start with a NEW rim and NEW spokes.

Only $50.

For now I will try to convert to fixie. If I like it, then I'll consider building a new wheel.
