Escape from new york saturday 24, 2011 map

Hi Everyone,

By any chance anyone has the done the ESCAPE FROM NY and happen to have the 100 mile map in GPX format so that I can upload it in my Garmin or can you direct me to a sight that has that info. I would just like to ride through instead of looking at the que sheet.
The site https://nycc.org/eny has provide a map https://nycc.org/sites/default/files/...ute_.apr11.jpg
but it's really hard to distinguish when to turn.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

The routes might change some from year to year. Have you tried posting on NYCC's message board.

Can anyone tell me if they close streets off to traffic for this event or if it's possible to follow this route any time?
I would like to do it but can't make it tomorrow, is it possible to do this ride outside of the organized event?

You could do any of the routes on your own at any time, they are all on open roads. You just have to be self sufficient and make your own food and water stops.
