Anywhere to look at a RAL Color book in NYC?

Hi,

I'm trying to choose a frame color and was wondering if anyone in NYC might know where I can have a look at a RAL color book?

I'm not sure what a RAL book is, but look online under paint suppliers and you'll find an array of colors. I had a frame powder coated at Action Powder Coating on Long Island. They have a huge amount of color options.
