anyone had a bicycle powder coated? if so do you have any photos of the finished job and any recommendations. i have one i will be checking on but you can never have too many sources.

No photos, I have not built the bike yet, but the frame looks great. Don't know if aluminum is different when it comes to powder coating. What does bay cycles say, call them.....

Maybe ask questions on the Classic and Vintage section? They've had a lot of discussions on painting, powdercoating, etc.
Velocals.com has a lot of Trek decals; they helped me out with my old Trek 620.
