River Road Updates
 

I headed over the GWB today in hopes of riding River Road. The path to the gate is all ice so go on the road instead. This ice is unridable. The gates were up. My excuse is : "I thought that gate was just for cars, honest" Anyways it's pretty gnarly out there right now. Lots of snow, ice and slush. It's ridable until you get over the first "big" climb and then it's like 3 feet of snow. Fortunately you can just ride up Hudson Drive which is off limits to bikes but since it's closed.....

Figured I'd give people an update if you were planning on heading out there this weekend.

That's pretty ambitious considering the state of most of the roads. Just from a dirt and salt perspective, if there is any water running across it'll get you pretty dirty. I'll stick to dry roads.
