Have you not been to a bike party?! There are 3. East Bay, San Francisco, & San Jose. East Bay is by far the best. Good routes and well organized. San Fran is mediocre. Poorly organized and the routes usually aren't extremely creative. San Jose is awesome because of the turn-out.
Ride fixed? Ride in the city much?

yea, I went to the one that was hosted in Hayward-where im from, and it was fun. but its mostly just a social event were you ride at a walking pace or close to one
and yea I ride fixed about 30 miles everyday. bike parties are fun but im tryna ride!!!! Like today I bombed the biggest hill In Hayward, It felt great,
I would just like to see if anyone else from the east bay would like to join me or if I could join them in their rides. and to gather information about up coming races, events, etc...

hwdxbassist. Would love to ride with some of the guys in the East Bay if I come back this summer. Otherwise, I'll be up here in Davis Fixed...
I'll let you guys know if we Davis kids are going to hit the track (Hellyer), and we can ride there =].

There are some great group rides organized on Meetup.com
Though if you plan on riding fixed in a group of riders, you won't enjoy the drafting etc since no one will want you behind them (with good reason).
Hellyer open track is awesome, bring your drops and remove brakes if you ride them. Also plan to adjust your ration or be spinning out as people smoothly glide by you!
Cheers
