I just texted with him, it looks like a no.
He said he will make a game day call, but he said probably no.

Really sorry to hear that, but given recent events, I understand completely. When you talk to him again, please pass on my best wishes for his full recovery.

Was looking forward to this ride but I'm not going to be able to make it after all. Have a great ride and I'll catch you all next time! -Rich

Great Ride Today!! Perfect weather, and the new George Miller trail is just beautiful. I love the view of the Delta. It was also very nice to be able to attach faces to names, and especially good to see Curtis again.

Oh, and lest I neglect to mention it, a HUGE Thank You to all y'all for taking the time to keep track of my pathetically out of condition butt. I promise I won't be such a wuss next time

Glenn (GW12) and Georges Pelpel made surprise appearances. A great time was had by all.
It was great to see Curtis. We all did the 13.4 mile short route, with a 2 mile add on for a Coffee-n-Back.
I rode there and rode home for a 40 mile day.

On the Slow Poke, frequent regroups and lots of good times.

This was a true Slow Poke Ride, worthy of the founding fathers, BigBossMan and BikingShearer.

It was cool to be back on a BF NorCal ride again. Slow poke speed was just perfect, the founding fathers would have been proud, and the route was really beautiful.
Thanks Dan for organizing this. A treat to see Curtis on the bike again.

Oldstrong put together a fine ride. New faces, triumphant returns, great course and Glen and George. Curtis back on his bike did my heart good.

Oh, come on. It could not possibly have been that bad . . . .

Delighted all had a good time, and doubly-delighted that cccorlew is back on two wheels. I wish I could have been there, but as previously stated, I had a prior commitment that I could not break. But it looks like there was no stop at the Valona Deli. If so, Dan, how could you allow such a thing to happen? I mean, you were right there, and I know you know about Valona because you introduced me to it. What's the point of a SlowPoke ride if you can't/don't eat stupidly during or immediately after it?

So bummed I couldn't make. Was planning on going until I remembered I had registered to run a half marathon that day. D'oh!

Definitely planning on being there next time.
