Color-match paint repair?

My old Specialized Allez has some bad paint damage. It's not such a valuable bike that it's worthwhile to have the entire frame repainted.

I know of at least one shop that does paint repair using computer color-matching ( But they're in North Carolina.

Is there a shop that does that sort of paint repair in the Bay Area?

I keep reading/hearing people swearing by nail polish for this kind of thing. Depending on how extensive your paint damage is, that might be your most practical and cost effective way of doing it.

Alternatively, just grind it down to the metal and treat like a fresh canvas.
