Anyone else notice anything with the jerseys? They conduct heat like a cast iron pot.

Not that I'm complaining. I just think we didn't even think about the color thing when choosing colors.

Yeah I finally figured out the bikejournal interface. I still log primarily to activebody.org because it has running, cycling, and swimming (for if I ever start swimming). There's a bikeforums "team" on there too.

I REALLY miss Northern California, especially the Marin area! You all have it so goin' on over SoCal as far as the wonderful places to ride..lucky dogs!

Just an observation ... we really start our rides late in NorCal. In SoCal, started ride at 8 am, and got finished by 12:30 PM ... and that was a modest 41 miler!

In NorCal, the same ride would start at 9am and be finished by 12 noon.

No Steve, the same ride that YOU would start at 9 am would be finished by noon. But we did stop for about 30 minutes at Goldstein's Bagel's, so if it weren't for that, we'd be finished by noon

I think AltoVelo would have finished the ride by 11 am.
