I am finally losing weight again

Still a clydesdale but am finally losing weight again. I hit a plateau then started riding with TnT and now I am 6 lbs lighter. That's about a pound a week, maybe not impressive but I do still eat like a pig so it's a big deal to me. I'm hoping the XXL NorCal jersey I ordered will be too big for me, I can always sell it on eBay.

NO, you gotta keep pedaling....

What I found works for me (Athena) is that I try to eat a slightly smaller portion of food per meal. You are going to want seconds but if you just wait 20 mins, that gives your body the chance to fool itself. By then the stomach will have thought that it is full and the desire for more becomes less. So eat, then wait.

If food that was good for you was as easy and fast and CHEAP to get as Mickey D's then this diet thing would be easier! hehe!

Ha ha. You're calling all the riders "extra weight", aren't you? You're bad. *shakes finger at you*

You're losing a pound a week, but you're gaining muscle, so don't rely on weight, rely on the fit of your clothes and the shape of your body. I'll watch for that shirt on ebay, good luck!

A pound a week is a big deal. In fact, unless you are an uber-clyde, a pound a week is probably about the most you want to take off. You didn't put the weight on over night, don't expect it to come off over night. Oh, and I am right there with you.

You're doing great. A pound a week is good. Two pounds a week is the recommended maximum. I found out why when I did some reading up on my suspected gallstones.
