I'm in for the arm warmers and blue jersey for sure. I just need to hook up with Thien this week since I'm only about a mile from his house.

Hey.. can anyone from the previous orders comment on the sizing? I have a L club from the first order that's too big, it's ok for wearing other layers underneath, etc, but I'm looking for a much tighter fit on this jersey.
I measured my chest at just about 40", the sizing chart says a M race cut is good for a 40" chest, can anyone confirm if that's going to fit? I have my order set for a M club right now, but leaning towards the race cut.

sj_roadie, what is your waist size? If you have a big drop from chest to waist you'd want the RACE cut. If your waist is the same around as your chest, go with CLUB cut. CLUB cut will also be looser in the arm holes.

Hey folks,
Just getting into road biking and I've actually had trouble finding gear that I actually like the look of so this is particularly appropriate. Can anyone comment on the bibs as far as comfort, quality, and fit? Just wondering how they compare to the plethora of commercially available bibs out there. Also, I'm a 39 chest, 33 waist... does that sound like a race or club cut? (I'm 5'8", 165 lbs.) Thanks for the input!

For a better description of sizing, here's Champ Sys' explanation:

Help! Am I a men's race cut or club cut?
It's a common question here at Champion System. First, if you have submitted your deposit we strongly suggest you request a size kit from you assigned Champion System Sales Representative. All the advice we can give can't match you actually trying on the race cut and club cut jerseys.
Race Cut
We've designed our race cut jersey based on a European fit. It's a tailored design worn by only the fittest cyclists who are lean and mean. Think pro riders, elite category 1 and 2 riders and those super fit skinny guys that love to go up mountains fast. Just because you're a racer doesn't mean you should automatically order the race cut. We know lots of racers who order "club cut". Why? Because although they race almost every weekend they still have an American build and the tight-fitting Euro race cut just won't do the job. Again, order the size kit!
Club Cut
For everybody else we offer the club cut. Mind you, our club cut is not a baggy potato-sack jersey. It's still a classic cycling jersey that fits the majority of our customers....even the racers who are not as slim as they might think. Not sure which cut is for you? Did we mention you should order the size kit?

Great, thanks BR. The race cut description kinda scared me away so I appreciate your input. Where in San Bruno are you? I used to live in one of the Shelter Creek condos.

Updated first post with confirmed orders/sizes.
Alain and Andy, I need your arm warmer sizes.
Superunleaded - I'll see you tomorrow.
If there is anything incorrect, please let me know. We should be good to go to place this order. I have a few jerseys/arm warmers I'll be ordering as well. So we've met the minimums for everything. PM me immediately if you want in on this and have not talked to me yet!

Thien, can you change the sizing on my order from S to XS? I'd still like the full zip club cut though-- Many thanks!
