Alternatives to Stewart's Point/Skaggs Spring Rd. when going between 101 - coast?

This post is intended for people with knowledge of the Sonoma County roads/Coast/etc. so if you're unawares, then just ignore (and if you know something, please post!!)
Tomorrow, wakeup time permitting, i'm planning on riding to Salt Point via Old Redwood Highway to Skaggs Springs Rd./Dry Creek Rd., then south past Stewarts Point to Salt Point on the PCH. Because SPR/SPR is listed as the only main thorofare between the coast and 101 at this latitude, i'm wondering if it will be unsavory for a cyclist such as myself to be riding on, and maybe I want to find an alternative road? maps are deceiving and I would like to avoid something with intensive rolling/climbing/descending, while still also avoiding too much traffic (an impossibility, generally).

Anyone know of something? Anyone have a Krebs Cycle map and could take a look for me? I had one but my buddy lost it.
Thanks a lot, I appreciate it

Stewarts Point Skaggs Springs road

I used to have a house near there and I agree there is nothing else in the area except for dirt ranch roads that may or may not be closed by a gate.
I would not want to ride this road primarily due to the logging trucks that only go fast and come close to running slower cars off the road. It is very unlikely not to find logging trucks on the road. I would not ride it.

The only reasonable option is hwy 116 and then a long ride north.
