Be Fortunate You Can Ride ...

... I only post this because I just drove back from Southern Cal Sunday night. After looking at all the horrifying videos of where I left, it makes me fortunate to be able to breath without gasping, and that I'll be able to ride, and not have to worry about inhaling any smoke. Some of our friends in SoCal, especially around San Diego, were forced to evacuate. Let's hope and pray the wildfires won't last too long, and that we won't suffer the same fate up here.

especially when it's set by arson. I believe the Santiago Canyon fire, in Irvine, was set by an Arsonist.

I've always supported a death penalty for arsonists before they are let out only to kill again.

Yeah I heard it was set in three different places. Air quality in Irvine is pretty crappy because of it. Yesterday it wasn't too bad, but I regret going out today. Even on PCH near the ocean it was pretty bad.

...not to mention all the money the state is spending to combat these fires. We don't pad our annual budget with millions of extra dollars just in case some bored thirteen year old decides to light a field on fire. The rest of the fiscal year will suffer from this.

We wish it was thirteen year old. This was planned out. It was started in three different places. Since I hear there were people there patrolling and making sure this wouldn't happen probably and in one location fire spread 3 miles in less the twenty minutes some kind of delay device and accelerate was used. This was done by some very sick adult.
