Cycling Specific Core Strength Training
Mon/Wed nights from 6:30pm-7:30pm in Mtn View. Without giving too much away, the program is designed to increase:
- flexibility
- balance
- the connection of the arms and the legs through the trunk to maximize power output
- joint pain elimination
- better control of your bike
- enjoyment of time in the saddle!

This proven program has worked from riders who have raced in Europe at the World Cup level, National as well as State Champs on the track, Pro/1/2 domestic racers and Expert MTB racers to century riders and people picking up the sport for the first time.
