Takin' It Easy on Labor Day Weekend Ride--Alameda Creek Trail, Sunday, 8/31.

Time for something easy as the heat winds down on the Labor Day Weekend.

I think most Nor-CALers look at hills and say, "WANT", but that's just not me. I'm not a hammerhead, so this ride is those who like to see more than just a blur. The trail is flat (after one hill at the start) and parts are shaded. There are plenty of places to eat near the trail.

Join Ron (Bentpebbles) and me for a ride on the Alameda Creek Trail on Sunday, August 31. Meet at 8:30am in the lot at the intersection of Paseo Padre Pkwy. and Patterson Ranch Rd. in Fremont.

I got my daughter this weekend so riding is out. Any information on this trail? I may want to check it out when I got some free time.

I should have posted this earlier. Sorry. It lacks photos of the really nice views of riding along the water's edge, but has all the "official" info.
