The 2009 Beat the Clock schedule is posted!
Feb. 28 -- Canada TT - training for the Berkeley TTT
March 28 -- Canada TT - training for the Altamont TTT
May 30 -- Canada TT - training for Dunlap and Sattley (NCNCA championships)
July 5 -- track session at Hellyer Velodrome
August 2 -- Canada TT - training for the 2009 Senior Games
Aug. 29 -- Canada TT - training for Esparto (Cal Cup)

All for a great cause - the Lance Armstrong Foundation - great training, and a lot of fun! The schedule again includes a track session at the Hellyer Velodrome for road and track bikes - that is what got me into track riding.
