You know, if one person, just one person does it they may think he's really slow and
they won't ride with him.
And if two people, two people do it, in harmony,
they may think they're both crazy and they won't ride with either of them.
And if three people do it, three, can you imagine?, three people riding along
looking for some good barbecue and having a good time. They may think it's an
organization.
And can you, can you imagine twenty people on this ride?
I said twenty people riding along looking for some good barbecue and having a good time.
And friends they may thinks it's a movement.
And that's what it is , The B & B Barbecue Ride Series Movement, and
all you got to do to join is bring a bike and a smile the next time a ride comes around on the calender.

Well, folks, I think we may be onto something here. With the interest shown (thanks, all), this sounds like it's worth doing. Let's hear it for 10.3mph average speeds!! We may not win the race, but we can at least irritate the hell out of whoever does. 
I still have no idea where bigbossman and I are riding tomorrow, but I'm sure we'll ride somewhere, even if it's just to the nearest barbecue joint (there's research to be done, after all). And as we are riding and, er, researching, we will discuss the where and when of the First Official B&B Slowpoke Ride. Film at 11:00, and all that.
In the meantime, get the heck out and ride - it's going to be a beautiful weekend. All this great weather means some serious water rationing come June, so we might as well get what benefit we can out of it now.

Clothes would be a good idea, too. Feels better on a bike, and, for most of us, looks way better.
