Cyclist down on Calaveras/Welch Creek
Was riding on Calaveras this morning around 11:30, and a bunch of EMT vehicles and a helicopter were around someone on a stretcher, right at the Welch Creek intersection. There was a lonely-looking bike off to the side. Hope whoever it is will be OK, and that it's not someone from this group.

Sorry to hear that, hope they are OK/recover quickly.
Slightly O/T but I'm heading out there tomorrow afternoon - I've always thought of Calaveras as pretty quiet - how's traffic out there on a Friday PM?

It can get pretty busy during commute times especially on Fridays and especially if the 680 has heavy traffic. It was pretty busy last night until about 6pm then it quietened off a lot.
