Hazel Bridge bike lane open
The new Hazel bridge bike lane/trail is now open on the west side of the bridge. It is a huge improvement over the old bike lane. You still have to ride about 200' of sidewalk to get to it on both ends, but it is connected into the American River Bike trail on the south side. Very nicely done.

Excellent! I've been keeping an eye on the progress. Yesterday I thought that they must be pretty close. I'll hit it tomorrow morning.

I went up that this morning. The route to the bike trail on the N side of Lake Natoma is not open yet.
