And your point...to let them off the hook by saying "fatigued and dehydrated. The combination makes tempers short and wits dim. Patience, forgiveness, all that stuff."? Reason for all this was simple...if they're out there and by chance they read this to let them know what I thought of their actions in case not obvious by the orig post.
If all you want to do is vent, that's cool. I'm just saying you're not going to find anyone here that disagrees with "pounding on car windows is the wrong course of action".
