Good machine shop in sonoma county?

Nearing my wits end on a seatpost removal, was thinking of resorting to lye, but if anyone knows a good shop in sonoma county that won't cost an arm and a leg?

I'd try a pipe wrench and some penetrating oil.

I think most decent bike shops can just ream your seat tube out for you, but maybe contact Jeremy at SyCip.
