GPS or printer friendly queue sheet/map for SF to LA via Pacific Coast Route ? (

Hey guys, so the moons have aligned and I'm free to tour for the next week and a half or so. I've done Eugene to SF via the Pacific Coast route and would love to continue on from SF to LA (well, starting in Davis actually, but I have a route to follow from Davis to SF).

Problem is I'm going to need to leave within the next 2 days. I'm a member of Adventure Cycling Association but don't have time to order the maps. I have the GPS waypoints from the route but it's a nightmare to go through and make a queue sheet.

Does anyone have this ride as the GPS files (gpx or tcx (preferred)) that they could share? That or a printable queue sheet or map? Going to hammer out around 80 miles a day since the days are long and weather nice. Any help appreciated!!

Thanks!!
