Visting Sonoma County

I'm a roadie from SoCal and I will be going to a wedding in the middle of June, in the middle of Sonoma County. I am setting one day aside for riding the renowned roads of SoCo.
Suggestions for nice scenic back roads? Not afraid of climbing. Rolling with 25mm tires.

I was in Sonoma for a mini team camp in December. There is some really amazing climbing in Sonoma. Here are two circular routes we did over the hump into Napa and back:

The Santa Rosa Cycling Club organizes the Wine Country Century every year. Check the maps of the various routes (Santa Rosa Cycling Club - Ride details).
My favorite parts are the Coleman Valley Rd from Occidental to the coast and the West Dry Creek and Alexander Valley areas north of Healdsburg.

From Napa we sometimes ride Hwy 12 to Sonoma and take Cavedale Road back. https://www.strava.com/segments/954038 Good climb with great views and a fun descent down the other side. Spring Mountain https://www.strava.com/segments/3721 up at the north end of the valley is supposed to be another good climb and an option to get back to Santa Rosa.

The Santa Rosa Cycling Club has a page on their website with "10 Great Rides". Should be a good starting point! Santa Rosa Cycling Club - Ten Great Rides

Hello there! I just stumbled on that thread...

Curiously, I was riding up Mt Hamilton near San Jose around that time, and met this guy at the top from SoCal, here for a wedding in Sonoma. Does it happen to be you?

Was just wondering
