Microsoft car 115 watch out.
 

Just a heads up to those who ride near 40th, 51st or 148th. Watch out for Microsoft Car #115. This elderly gent does NOT yield to bikes and peds the crosswalk.

This is the 2nd time in a week that #115 has nearly hit peds while turning right. Last night 2 Asian ladies were at the corner of 40th and had to jump out of the way as he failed to stop on Red..then made a right turn onto them (They had the walk light).

Edited: The 2nd time he had a passenger.

Is that a car owned by Microsoft or ??

I'd seriously call M$ and tell somebody about this if its consistently the same guy. Especially since I commute and live in this area. My last stretch is 156th Ave NE to NE 40th street, then cut in through the 520 trail. The company I work for is nestled right in beside the M$ companies (we lease our buildings from them).

I used to work there. They will get all over this guy. If you feel weird contacting them PM me and I will do it.

I'd call if somebody has a number. Would that be Microsoft security? I'm afraid a ped will get hit.

Thanks WG. Cars exiting off 520, slow but do not stop where the trail forces peds and bikes to cross. Yesterday morning a cop was standing at that same corner (156th and 40th). No squad car, just watching.

Not sure about car 115, but yes MS Security cars are often seen at that intersection. They patrol the campus all day long so I guess to break the monotony the drivers like to get out onto 520 and get off at the next exit.

I ride 520 trail often and see them all the time. In fact I was there just yesterday. (Tall white guy, wearing white black and silver jersey and bib, on a silver Lemond bike. Some of you might have seen me around.)
