I have a thread on this somewhere farther down on in this board/page. Anyway, the collective advice was Sellwood Cycle Repair and I've been happy with the results so far (though I'll admit I've put very few miles on the new wheel). Lifetime truing is what really sold me. Veloce was mentioned. I was also considering South Salem Cycleworks (but I live pretty far south already). They build up a ton of wheels down there.

I have little experience with wheelsets, but the good guys at Veloce built me 2 wheelsets, one fixed and it's never even had its "break-in" truing yet. It's 3 years old and still true today, despite my ever-increasing tonnage...
