Missing: Smile in Redmond

So as I had no real plans for the 4th of July, I decided to go for a ride on the BG Trail from Kenmore to Redmond and back. Usually I ride with a couple friends so we pace ourselves to the slowest in the group. Riding solo for a change, I decided to speed things up a bit to get a better workout. I rolled into Redmond earlier and decided to take an extended break . . . the day was wonderful, so why not?

I left Redmond Town Center, crossing Bear Creek Parkway to get back on the BG Trail, when I saw her. She was riding up from under the Leary Way bridge heading to RTC from the north as I was turning to head back up north on the trail. I got the biggest smile as she rode by, which I returned, of course. Why I didn't turn around and introduce myself is beyond me . . . I thought about it around 10 minutes later.

Anyway, if you're up here and you read this, I'm the goofy-looking guy on the charcoal mountain bike wearing the blue and white sleeveless jersey with black helmet and sunglasses you saw at exactly 4:00pm in Redmond. Message me if you feel inclined to talk.

It's a long shot, but definitely worth a try.
